Greta Zlatkute is the founder of Segreta London, a luxury creative consultancy rooted in over 20
years of hands-on fashion and brand leadership. Holding a Master’s in Costume Design from Vilnius
Academy of Arts, she is co-founder and led creative direction and operations at Lexxian
London since 2016, designing elegant, nature-inspired womenswear collections and successfully
selling them across 20 premium Maldives resorts, including JW Maldives, Jumeirah Maldives, Raffles
Maldives, Taj Maldives, InterContinental Maldives, Westin Maldives, and others - driving visibility in
high-end hospitality retail.
Her career includes orchestrating London Fashion Week showcases at Rohmir
Creating large-scale collections for Lelija Ltd across 30 Lithuanian stores, and presenting at international
exhibitions such as Düsseldorf CPD and Moscow CPM
